By accessing or using this website and purchasing services from Palladium Visuals, owned and operated by Yalla Goods LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you may not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Palladium Visuals provides AI-assisted product image creation, editing, retouching, and visual production services.

All services are custom-created based on materials provided by the client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Client Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use all files, logos, labels, trademarks, and materials submitted to us.
  • Submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You will provide accurate and complete information necessary to complete your project.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yalla Goods LLC and Palladium Visuals from any claims arising from materials you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all intellectual property you submit to us.

Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use the final delivered images for business purposes across digital and print platforms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment terms are defined at checkout or within a custom proposal.
  • Work may not begin until payment is received.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for unpaid invoices.

6. Revisions

Projects include the number of revision rounds specified at purchase.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

7. Refund Policy

Because all services are custom-created, refunds are not available once production has begun.

If you are dissatisfied, we will work with you within the agreed revision scope to align the final deliverables with the original creative brief.

8. File Storage

We may store final deliverables and core project files for a limited period after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

Yalla Goods LLC and Palladium Visuals are not responsible for lost files after the storage period expires.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

10. No Guarantee of Performance

We do not guarantee specific advertising performance, sales results, marketplace approvals, or revenue outcomes from the use of our images.

11. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for platform policy changes, ad disapprovals, listing rejections, or performance issues related to third-party platforms including Meta, Google, Amazon, Shopify, or other marketplaces.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Yalla Goods LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
